Felix and Justine's camping wedding was the kind of day that reminded everyone what a wedding is really about: celebrating your love surrounded by the people who know you best. Set against the relaxed backdrop of Fisher’s Paradise in Field, their wedding felt more like the ultimate family gathering than a formal event. Guests spent the day catching up around picnic tables, kids played freely and there was an easygoing atmosphere that made everyone feel at home from the moment they arrived.

The food reflected that same laid-back spirit. Instead of a traditional wedding dinner, Felix and Justine treated their guests to a delicious pig roast that had everyone gathering around for seconds, good conversation and plenty of laughs. This wedding was especially meaningful for me because Felix and I were incredibly close in high school, so documenting this chapter of his life felt like such a full-circle moment. More than anything, though, it was a privilege to witness the love that Felix and Justine have built together. Their wedding was a beautiful reminder that the best celebrations don't need elaborate timelines or extravagant details. They simply need the people you love, a place that feels like home and the freedom to celebrate in a way that feels authentically you.
